Waivers

Before getting on the water, all rowers — BCR members, guest rowers, and Learn to Row participants — must complete the first three waivers below.

BCR’s liability insurance is through US Rowing. Therefore, all rowers must also become members of US Rowing in order to be covered.

How to Join US Rowing:

  1. Visit the US Rowing membership site

  2. Under the “Individuals” option, click “Join” if you are a new rower. Or, click “Members” to renew.

  3. New members will need to enter the BCR club code, which is W6DDJ.

  4. Only Basic Membership is required to row with BCR. There is a small fee ($15 for 2022). Feel free to purchase other Membership types or packages that apply for you.

  5. Accept the waiver on the Compliance tab and complete your Checkout.

The Boulder Reservoir requires a waiver as well. Please download a copy, sign it, and return it to membership@boulderrowing.org.

Before participating in BCR programs, we must know you can swim and understand water safety. Please fill out the below waiver and email it to membership@boulderrowing.org
