Indoor Rowing Program
Boulder Community Rowing’s winter Indoor Rowing Program is so much more than just erging in the off-season. Under Head Coach Veronika Platzer, the program emphasizes body mechanics, drive sequence, and building strength and speed. Without exception, rowers who participate in this program return to the water in the spring with improved rowing form and technique.
what to expect
Each Indoor Rowing session features a 45+ minute ergometer workout designed to improve a specific on-the-water skill. Exercise balls and other workout equipment are used at times.
Additionally, BCR plans to compete at the Denver Indoor Rowing Championships February 1 and 2, 2019 as well travel to a regatta or two in the March-April timeframe.

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5:30- 7:00 am
Saturdays: 6:00- 7:30 am

April Hybrid Session (transitioning to the water, weather permitting): Days and Times TBD
The fee for the program is $140 per monthly session. The Holiday Session is $140 as well even though it is six weeks long.
A $75 discount is given for the Indoor Rowing Season if you leave your personal ergometer at Mountain’s Edge for BCR club use. To receive this credit, email email@example.com.
BCR Members can use Punch Cards for this Program. Outdoor Punch Cards can be rolled over or new Punch Cards purchased.
Indoor Rowing program fees are the same for BCR Members and Non-Members.
Interested in trying this program out? Please join us! Pay a $20 cash drop-in fee directly to the coach when you arrive for practice. Both BCR Members and Non-Members are welcome to use this drop-in fee option.
